ROSEBAR was founded in 2016 by two childhood
friends who grew up on the coast of Maine and
gravitated to the desert Southwest. Corinne has
a background in restaurant cooking and pastry.
Marjory owns and operates a small vegetable farm in
Albuquerque. Rosebar specializes in both sweet and
savory food that is creative, approachable, and inspired
by the seasonal produce of the Rio Grande Valley.
